Condominium rules and regulations

When you first purchased a unit at Park Vista, all owners should have received a copy of Park Vista's Rules and Regulations: A Resident's Handbook from their lawyer.

It is strongly recommended that residents familiarize themselves with this document.

Alternatively, you may request a copy by calling the condominium office and leaving a message.

Please note: The Board of Directors has made every effort to provide an accurate and correct handbook for Park Vista owners and tenants, but cannot guarantee that it is entirely without errors and omissions. Accordingly, owners and others should refer to the Condominium Act of Ontario and its accompanying Regulations, as well as Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 272's Declaration and By-laws, all of which have precedence over the contents of this handbook.
