Condominium fees

A monthly fee per unit is payable by all owners in Park Vista. This condo fee is used to provide funds to meet the condominium's operating costs and to maintain the Corporation's Reserve Fund (see below). Condo fees are set in the fall for the following year.

The monthly condominium fee for 2012 is $295.00. Fees are payable on the first of each month and post-dated cheques for the year are requested in order to minimize delays. Please make all cheques payable to: CCC No. 272. Cheques may be sent to, or dropped off at the condominium office.

Reserve Fund

As stated in Park Vista's Rules and Regulations,

The Reserve Fund forms part of the owners' equity. The Condominium Corporation is required to maintain all property assets in good condition, and/or to set aside money in a Reserve Fund to be used for periodic restoration.

The current Reserve Fund Study was completed in 2006 and will be renewed in 2009 in accordance with the Condominium Act.
