Declaration

Your lawyer should have provided you with a copy of the condominium's Declaration when you first purchased a unit at Park Vista.

The Declaration describes the division of ownership within Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 272. It details the common elements, the percentage each unit owner has in the common elements, and the contribution that each unit owner makes towards the common expenses.
